Who will you be working with?
Oversee maintenance team to ensure all facilities, grounds, and equipment are operational. Plan and perform repairs and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.

As a member of the Maintenance team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive work environment by leading a proactive maintenance team, minimizing downtime, and ensuring all equipment and facilities operate at peak performance. Your leadership and technical expertise will directly support the success of plant operations and employee safety.
What do we want to know about you?
- Supervisory experience in maintenance or related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, HVAC systems, and welding.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics.
- Skilled in preventive maintenance planning and safety compliance.
- Proficient in maintenance software (CMMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing personnel and working with vendors/contractors.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including occasional weekends.
- Associate’s degree or technical training preferred.
- Must pass pre-employment math test, physical, drug screen, and background check.
What will your typical day look like?
- Conducting a morning walkthrough of the facility to identify any urgent maintenance needs.
- Reviewing and assigning daily maintenance tasks to team members.
- Coordinating with vendors or contractors for scheduled service or repairs.
- Performing or overseeing preventive maintenance on key equipment.
- Troubleshooting unexpected equipment breakdowns and organizing quick repairs.
- Updating maintenance logs and software with completed tasks and new requests.
- Checking inventory levels for parts and supplies; placing orders if needed.
- Ensuring team members are following safety protocols and wearing proper PPE.
- Attending a supervisor or safety meeting to discuss ongoing projects or concerns.
What about the physical demands of the job?
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods.
- Lift and carry tools, equipment, and materials up to 50 lbs.
- Work in varying temperatures and conditions (indoor/outdoor, noisy, dusty).
- Use hands and arms for reaching, handling, and operating tools and machinery.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection.
- Occasionally work in confined spaces or at heights.
