This position is for an in-person Fulfillment Analyst role in Governador Valadares, MG. You will work in the Supply Chain area, dedicated to generating value and making a difference for the client. You will interact extensively with operations, sourcing, planning, PMO, and other internal and supplier teams. Our high-performance teams aim to contribute to the company's sustainability and growth. Must Have:
  • Degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Advanced knowledge of Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of ERP (SAP, Oracle or similar).

You will work in the Supply Chain area, which is committed to generating value and making a difference for the client.

How will you make a difference?

You will carry out your activities with great interaction with our operations, sourcing, planning, PMO, and other internal and supplier teams. Our teams are high-performance, with the prototype of contributing to the company's sustainability and growth.

What do we want to know about you?

  • Graduated in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related areas.
  • Advanced knowledge of Office Suite.
  • Knowledge in ERP (SAP, Oracle or similar).
  • Desirable Intermediate/Advanced English.

What will your day-to-day be like?

  • Manage purchase orders from issuance to delivery, ensuring compliance with deadlines and technical specifications.
  • Monitor and report order status, identifying risks and implementing action plans to avoid delays.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and customer requirements.
  • Support the sourcing and inventory team in defining supply strategies and material planning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers, seeking continuous improvements.
  • Analyze performance indicators (OTD, OTP, Short cycle, lead time, savings) and propose corrective actions.
