Job Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Release Manager for its EA SPORTS FC Mobile Shanghai team. This role involves supporting the execution of mobile game product releases, tracking schedules, coordinating with development and partner teams for successful launches, and facilitating team communication. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the mobile game industry with 2+ completed projects, strong project management skills, and expertise in process establishment and improvement.
Must Have:
  • Supports executing a variety of tasks related to the release of assigned mobile game products.
  • Tracks release schedules and schedule dependency problems.
  • Coordinates with the development team and partner team to ensure successful launch of assigned projects.
  • Facilitates team communication and ensures timely dissemination of information.
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
  • At least 5 years' experience in Mobile Game Industry with 2+ completed projects delivered.
  • Outstanding Project Management/Leadership skills and concepts, capable of coordinating through complex projects.
  • Knowledgeable, skillful, and experienced in process establishment and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility

1. Supports to executing a variety of tasks related to the release of assigned mobile game products.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Ability to read, write and communicate in English

2. At least 5 years' experience in Mobile Game Industry as with 2+ completed projects delivered

3. Outstanding Project Management/Leadership skills and concepts, capable of coordinating through complex projects.

4. Knowledgeable, skillful, and experienced in process establishment and continuous improvement
