The Production Planner 2 is responsible for elaborating optimal production plans for in-house/outsourced manufacturing, balancing supply and demand to ensure finished products are available in Distribution Centers while maintaining integral inventory levels. Key tasks include managing demand planning, elaborating Master Production Schedules, leading capacity analysis, and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Finance for forecasting. The role also involves coordinating with Opex, Human Resources, and Training for headcount and identifying/leading saving projects.
Must Have
- Manage the Demand Planning process for respective businesses and/or Customer Planning Groups
- Maintain the demand plan for respective business and or Customer Planning Groups and ensure timely updates
- Elaborate the Master Production Schedule based on the Production Demand Plan according to capacity constraint
- Lead the capacity analysis for a respective business ensuring correct resources
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Finance to achieve sales, marketing and/or consensus forecast
- Coordinate with Opex, Human Resources and Training the headcount required for following months
- Identify and lead saving projects
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related careers
- 2 - 5 years of experience in Business and/or Supply chain, including experience with Supply Chain Management or in a planning role
- Familiarity with ERP and advanced planning tools
- Advanced English level
Good to Have
- Medical Device experience is desirable
- SAP preferable

The role of Production Planning team is to elaborate an optimal production plan for inhouse/outsourced manufacturing based on the soft/hard capacity and materials clear to be and logistic parameters. Balance the supply and demand of the markets to ensure that finished products are available in Distribution Centers at the time of customer orders and that integral inventory levels are in line with business objectives.
Your role:
- Manage the Demand Planning process for respective businesses and/or Customer Planning Groups
- Maintain the demand plan for respective business and or Customer Planning Groups and ensure timely updates for meetings and business planning snapshots.
- Elaborate the Master Production Schedule based on the Production Demand Plan according to the soft and hard capacity constraint.
- Lead the capacity analysis for a respective business ensuring to have the correct resources at the time needed.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Finance to achieve the sales, marketing and/or consensus forecast as input for the Supply Plan and S&OP Meetings.
- Works with Supply Planner to ensure supply meets demand and Marketing when allocations are required if in a supply constrained environment.
- Coordinate with Opex, Human Resources and Training the headcount required for the following months.
- Identify and lead saving projects.
You're the right fit if:
- You have a bachelor's degree in supply chain or related careers and/or equivalent.
- You have acquired 2 - 5 years of experience in Business and/or Supply chain, including experience with Supply Chain Management or in a planning role either upstream (supply centers, factories) or downstream (retail) and at x-function organization. Medical Device experience is desirable.
- Your skills include familiarity with ERP and advanced planning tools, SAP preferable, advanced English level.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
