  • Optimize marketing tech & workflows, including HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Manage and optimize lead distribution workflows.
  • Maintain data governance, segmentation, and hygiene.
  • Implement process improvements for campaign execution.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN‑SPAM, and CCPA.
  • Partner cross‑functionally for campaign alignment and reporting.
  • 3-5 years of marketing operations and automation experience.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Comfort with APIs, integrations, and AI agents.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.

Marketing Operations Manager (Contract, 6 months)

About the role

In this six-month contract role, you’ll own the systems, data hygiene, and workflows that keep our demand engine running fast, smart, automated, and compliant. Your work will directly accelerate campaign execution and pipeline growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Optimize marketing tech & workflows – Maintain and improve our existing HubSpot + Salesforce architecture; implement best practices as we migrate to HubSpot CRM.
  • Lead routing – Manage and optimize our lead distribution workflows using tools like HubSpot and ChiliPiper to improve speed-to-lead.
  • Data governance & segmentation – Keep a clean, well‑segmented database; lead enrichment, deduplication, and hygiene routines that fuel accurate GTM reporting.
  • Process improvement – Identify and implement best practices to remove bottlenecks, perform QA/testing, and shorten campaign time‑to‑launch.
  • Compliance ownership – Ensure campaigns meet GDPR, CAN‑SPAM, CCPA, and internal governance standards; serve as the marketing liaison to Legal/RevOps on data privacy.
  • Cross‑functional enablement – Partner with Sales Ops, RevOps, Demand Gen, and Corporate Marketing to align on campaign organization, attribution, and reporting; train marketers on best‑practice use of tools.

What You Bring

Must‑Have

  • 3–5 years of hands‑on marketing operations and automation experience.
  • Power user of HubSpot (Marketing & Sales) and Salesforce (or similar CRM).
  • Comfort with APIs, integrations, and emerging AI agents.
  • Analytical mindset—able to turn data into optimization roadmaps and clear stories.
  • Proven project‑management chops in a fast‑growth environment; meet deadlines while juggling multiple stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of GDPR, CAN‑SPAM, and CCPA.
  • Detail‑oriented, collaborative, proactive communicator (written & verbal).

Nice‑to‑Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or other high‑velocity software environments.
  • Familiarity with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).

Contract Details

  • Term: Six months with strong potential to convert to FTE.
  • Hours: 40 per week (core overlap with U.S. time zones).
