Job Description
The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Web Developer (3–5+ years experience) who can turn creative concepts into high-performing web experiences. You’ll own the client’s web presence from a technical point of view: building landing pages and microsites in HubSpot CMS and Webflow, implementing and maintaining tracking via Google Tag Manager, and supporting conversion rate optimization across campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Web Development & Campaign Execution
- Build landing pages, campaign microsites, and web experiences in HubSpot CMS and Webflow using relevant coding languages and template syntax (HubL, HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, etc.)
- Partner with the marketing team to bring campaign concepts to life, translating creative vision into engaging online experiences, implementing designs from mockups with precision
- Play a key role in large-scale web builds in 2026 across the corporate website, content hubs, and microsites, collaborating with external agency partners and internal stakeholders
Analytics & Optimization
- Own Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and HubSpot analytics implementation to ensure accurate tracking across the Company's web properties
- Manage cookie consent and tracking compliance (GDPR, CCPA) in partnership with our Legal and IT teams
- Design and execute A/B tests and conversion rate optimization experiments, using data to continuously improve performance
- Build reporting dashboards that connect campaign activity to business outcomes
Maintenance & Technical Excellence
- Own the organization of the Company's website resources, knowing where every piece of content lives and when it was last updated
- Manage website updates, content refreshes, and technical optimizations
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve site performance, user experience, and conversion rates
- Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively, keeping marketing activities running smoothly
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience building marketing websites, landing pages, and campaign assets.
- Strong expertise in HubSpot CMS (required), including templates, modules, HubL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Webflow, or strong ability to ramp up quickly for the upcoming 2025–2026 website redesign.
- Confident working with Google Tag Manager, analytics tagging, and configuring cookie consent tools with a general understanding of GDPR/CCPA.
- Comfortable with basic CRO thinking — able to identify optimization opportunities and support A/B testing.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate closely with marketing, content, and external agency partners.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present a portfolio of landing pages/web experiences they’ve built.
