The Global Talent Co is a leading community for top 5% remote marketing talent, matching them with promising US and European technology companies. This fully remote, full-time Recruiter role involves building high-performing teams across various industries. Responsibilities include talent sourcing, candidate screening, applicant tracking, relationship building, recruitment strategy development, diversity and inclusion promotion, onboarding support, performance metrics analysis, and compliance with employment laws.
Good To Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience recruiting in marketing & support functions
Must Have:
  • Utilize various channels for talent sourcing (job boards, social media, professional networks)
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit
  • Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems for a seamless recruitment process
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide support during the onboarding process (background checks, training, orientation)
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvements
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • At least 2 years' experience in recruiting, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of the local market and recruitment attraction techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Comfortable conducting business in English

Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates within LatAm.

2. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for specific roles.

3. Applicant Tracking: Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

5. Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and staffing needs.

6. Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process, ensuring equitable opportunities for all candidates.

7. Onboarding Support: Provide support during the onboarding process, including facilitating background checks, coordinating training sessions, and assisting with new hire orientation.

8. Performance Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.

9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a recruiter with at least 2 years' experience in recruiting preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Knowledge of the local market and recruitment attraction technics essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with a commitment to ethical recruiting practices.
  • Previous experience recruiting in marketing & support functions an advantage
  • Comfortable conducting business in English
