Job Summary
The Global Talent Co. is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist for a B2B software company. This full-time, remote role in Latin America involves owning analytics, reporting, CRM workflows, attribution, and technical marketing execution. The specialist will optimize HubSpot CRM, build marketing assets, implement conversion tracking, and create performance reports. This position is ideal for someone passionate about systems, data, technical marketing, and problem-solving, working closely with the Director of Marketing to enhance operational excellence.
Must Have
- Own and optimize HubSpot CRM workflows, routing, segmentation, lead scoring, and dashboards.
- Build landing pages, emails, and automation sequences within HubSpot.
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking using pixels, UTM parameters, GA4, and form tracking.
- Develop reports and dashboards for key performance indicators like MQL→SQL conversion and campaign performance.
- Monitor analytics with GA4, Semrush, and Microsoft Clarity to identify insights and website issues.
- Collaborate on campaign setup, tracking, attribution, and tagging.
- Maintain clean marketing data, sender reputation, and deliverability compliance.
- 2+ years in marketing operations, performance analytics, or CRM automation.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, UTMs, attribution, and analytics fundamentals.
- Comfortable with HTML/CSS for email and landing page formatting.
- Proficient with GA4 and Semrush.
- Experience diagnosing SEO/website performance issues.
Good to Have
- Exposure to paid media platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Reddit).
- Familiarity with AI search optimization and AI tools for research/content.
- German language skills (B2+).

The Role
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will sit at the center of the company’s marketing engine—owning analytics, reporting, CRM workflows, attribution, and technical marketing execution. You’ll partner closely with the Director of Marketing to improve visibility, optimize systems, and ensure campaigns are accurately tracked, measured, and continually improved.
This is an ideal role for someone who loves systems, data, technical marketing, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the HubSpot CRM (automation workflows, routing, segmentation, lead scoring, dashboards).
- Build landing pages, emails, workflows, and automation sequences within HubSpot.
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking (pixels, UTM parameters, GA4, form tracking, etc.).
- Build reports and dashboards for KPIs: MQL→SQL conversion, demos, web traffic, pipeline velocity, campaign performance.
- Monitor analytics using GA4, Semrush, and Microsoft Clarity to uncover insights and diagnose website issues (e.g., load speed, SEO blockers).
- Collaborate on campaign setup (tracking, attribution, tagging) while the hiring manager leads strategy and messaging.
- Support basic social media operations (posting cadence, simple content repurposing).
- Collaborate on AI-driven content discoverability (AI search optimization, metadata, structured content).
- Maintain clean marketing data, healthy sender reputation, and deliverability compliance (SPF/DKIM/DMARC).
- Work closely with marketing leadership to refine processes and improve operational efficiency.
Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years in marketing operations, performance analytics, or CRM automation (B2B SaaS or tech preferred).
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation platforms).
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, UTMs, attribution, and analytics fundamentals.
- Comfortable working with HTML/CSS for formatting emails and landing pages.
- Proficient with GA4, Semrush, and other web analytics tools.
- Experience diagnosing SEO/website performance issues.
- Exposure to paid media platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Reddit) is a plus, not a requirement.
- Familiar with AI search optimization and AI tools for research/content.
- Excellent communication, high attention to detail, and strong analytical mindset.
- Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable working asynchronously.
- German language skills (B2+) are a plus, not required.
