Must have:
  • Participate in internal HR special projects, assist with process follow-up and optimization, complete daily system maintenance and data management.
  • Assist in organizing and following up on talent development projects, support cross-departmental communication and collaboration.
  • Responsible for writing and organizing internal promotional copy, notices, and reports.
  • Complete layout design and beautification of internal press releases, assist with modification and design of posters and promotional materials.
  • Participate in video content planning, shooting, and post-production editing, support internal cultural promotion.
  • Provide daily administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth execution of HR activities.
  • Assist with pre-training preparation, in-training coordination, and post-training summary and feedback.
  • Possess basic copywriting/design and video editing skills, proficient in relevant software (e.g., PS/PR/CapCut).
  • Good written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English.
  • Good at communication and coordination, able to independently handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

2. Assist in organizing and following up on talent development projects, support cross-departmental communication and collaboration, and promote successful project implementation.

3. Responsible for writing and organizing internal promotional copy, notices, reports, and other materials.

4. Complete layout design and beautification of internal press releases, assist with modification and design of posters, promotional materials, etc.

5. Participate in video content planning, shooting, and post-production editing, support internal cultural promotion.

6. Provide daily administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth execution of various HR activities.

7. Assist with pre-training preparation, in-training coordination, and post-training summary and feedback.

Requirements

  • Possess basic copywriting/design and video editing skills, proficient in relevant software (e.g., PS/PR/CapCut).
  • Good written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English.
  • Good at communication and coordination, able to independently handle multiple tasks.
  • Major not limited.

Internship Duration

Available 2-3 days per week, internship period no less than 3 months (specific time can be coordinated).
