Job Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for conducting 1-on-1 meetings with team members, identifying team needs, and developing HR solutions, programs, and policies. They will also provide support for processes across different offices, hubs, and locations and maintain, prepare, and update HR documents and spreadsheets. The candidate must have at least two years of experience as an HR Manager or People Partner, experience in product companies is a must, strong understanding of HR processes, and proficiency with Google Docs, HR CRMs, and the Jira suite. The ideal candidate will possess effective multitasking skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Background in psychology.
  • Experience working with international teams.
  • Experience in the gambling or iGaming industries.
  • Familiarity with HiBob and Workable.
Must Have:
  • 2+ years of experience as HR Manager or People Partner.
  • Experience in product companies is a must.

  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency is a must.

— Identify team needs and develop HR solutions, programs, and policies to address them;
— Provide support for processes across different offices, hubs, and locations;
— Maintain, prepare, and update HR documents and spreadsheets (occasionally including translations).

Would be a Plus

— Experience working with international teams;
— Experience in the gambling or iGaming industries;
— Familiarity with HiBob and Workable.
