—
2+ years of experience as an HR Manager or People Partner;
— Experience in
product companies is a must;
— Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures;
— Experience holding 1-on-1 meetings, managing onboarding processes, and supporting teams;
— Proficiency with Google Docs, HR CRMs, and the Jira suite;
— Effective multitasking and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
— Strong attention to detail, self-discipline, and openness to giving and receiving feedback;
— Excellent time management and organizational skills;
— Upper-intermediate English proficiency is a must.
Responsibilities
— Conduct 1-on-1 meetings with team members (1-2 teams, approximately 20-30 employees per HR);
— Identify team needs and develop HR solutions, programs, and policies to address them;
— Provide support for processes across different offices, hubs, and locations;
— Maintain, prepare, and update HR documents and spreadsheets (occasionally including translations).
Would be a Plus
— Background in psychology;
— Experience working with international teams;
— Experience in the gambling or iGaming industries;
— Familiarity with HiBob and Workable.
