Junior Project Manager

Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will help coordinate internal processes, support the development team, and maintain clear structure and organization in Jira and related tools.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a Project Manager, Project Assistant, or similar role in IT or gamedev;
• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle);
• Experience in Jira setup and automation;
• Strong task management and prioritization skills;
• Attention to detail and structured thinking;
• Good written communication skills;
• Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership of processes;
• Basic level of English (for documentation and internal communication);
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Bitwarden, Google Workspace.

Will be a plus

• Experience with Atlassian Jira administration and workflow automation;
• Knowledge of compliance and process management principles;
• Experience preparing operational documentation or internal reports;
• Previous experience in IT (1+ year).

Responsibilities

• Create and structure tasks based on team requests;
• Maintain and prioritize the backlog, plan weekly updates, and clarify task details;
• Automate workflows and support existing processes in Jira;
• Check and close release-related tasks according to release plans and QA reports;
• Create and update internal documentation for the gamedev team;
• Coordinate text orders, compensation requests, and technical equipment needs;
• Manage access requests for software and tools;
• Prepare quarterly operational reports.
