Must Have:

  • Track project milestones, risks, and performance metrics
  • Proven experience in people-related projects or process improvement
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Oracle HCM)

If you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about continuous improvement, this is your next move\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nBased in our Bowen Hills HQ with a flexible hybrid model, you’ll work within the HR Transformation & Change team, supporting the rollout of initiatives that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.\n\nYou’ll:\n\n* Lead the coordination and delivery of cross-functional HR projects, from planning through to execution.\n* Analyse, document, and improve people-related processes, identifying opportunities for automation or simplification.\n* Support change management activities, including developing training materials, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies.\n* Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for HR systems, responding to queries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating system enhancements.\n* Collaborate with HR, Technology, and external vendors to ensure data accuracy and seamless system updates.\n* Track project milestones, risks, and performance metrics to inform data-driven decision making.\n\nSkills and Experience\n\nYou’re someone who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and technology — a natural organiser and communicator who’s excited to drive meaningful change.\n\nYou bring:\n\n* Proven experience coordinating or supporting people-related projects or process improvement initiatives.\n* Familiarity with HR systems (ideally Oracle HCM or similar), and a comfort with data and systems troubleshooting.\n* Strong analytical and documentation skills, including process mapping and reporting.\n* Exposure to change management methodologies or stakeholder engagement strategies.\n* Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging across HR, IT, and business stakeholders.\n* A high level of attention to detail, especially when working with sensitive or confidential information.\n\nLife at Entain\n\nAt Entain, it’s more than a job – it’s a place to grow, be yourself, and make a genuine impact.
