HR Recruitment Representative (Recruitment Section) / Tokyo

We are focusing on mid-career hiring to expand our business. To do this, we aim to resolve the lack of resources and want to challenge new things! We need colleagues who will grow with us. The main responsibilities include: designing and executing recruitment strategies, collaborating with internal recruitment staff, screening resumes and conducting interviews with job seekers, registering and managing evaluation information using the ATS (recruitment management system), sending out scout emails, and holding meetings with recruitment agencies. This role requires IT knowledge and experience in recruiting engineers.
