Job Description

This PMO role involves supporting project management by facilitating smooth project execution, team management, and various support tasks. Responsibilities include sharing PM policies, managing team progress and motivation, reporting, and creating necessary documents. You will also be involved in overall policy formulation, work plan, cost, and status management, multi-vendor control, and troubleshooting. Main Job Responsibilities

The work you will be entrusted with is PMO (Project Management Office) duties. PMO is an abbreviation for "Project Management Office," and you will be responsible for team management and support tasks to ensure projects proceed smoothly.

  • Share PM's policies with each member and share the team's direction.
  • Manage overall team progress.
  • Manage each member's motivation.

  • Multi-vendor control based on quality in multi-vendor environments.
  • Troubleshooting and countermeasures.
