President's Office / Management Strategy Member
Job Summary
Job Description
As a member of the President's Office, you will work directly under the president to plan and implement management strategies, improve existing businesses, promote new businesses, plan and promote new businesses, and solve company-wide special assignments. Specific tasks include extracting issues and formulating and executing strategies and measures to achieve management goals, extracting issues related to existing businesses, planning and promoting improvement strategies, and coordinating between business divisions, planning and formulating strategies and plans for launching new businesses, leading projects, extracting company-wide issues, and formulating and executing measures, and other special assignments.
Must have:
- Experience in sales for BtB.
- Experience in considering and executing tasks consistently.
Good to have:
- Experience in planning and executing new businesses (even small-scale).
- Experience in improving and reforming existing businesses (can be as a consultant to improve other companies' businesses).
- Experience as a President's Office.

社長室のメンバーとして社長直下で経営企画・既存事業の課題改善・事業推進、新規事業の企画、推進や、全社的特命課題の解決業務等を行っていただくポジションとなります。

・経営目標の達成に向けた課題抽出及びその解決のための戦略・施策の立案・遂行・進捗管理
・既存事業に対しての課題抽出、改善戦略の企画、推進、事業部間での調整
・新規事業の立ち上げにおける戦略・計画策定、プロジェクトリード
・全社的課題の抽出、施策の立案遂行
・その他特命業務

■BtB向けの営業経験がある方
■一気通貫で業務を思案～実行してきた経験がある方
【歓迎要件】
■新規事業の立案、実行等の経験がある（小規模でも可）
■既存事業の改善・改革に取り組んだ経験がある（コンサルとして他社事業の改善でも可）
■社長室としての業務経験
