Job Description
We are focusing on mid-career recruitment to expand our business and overcome resource shortages, aiming to take on new challenges. We are looking for colleagues who will grow with us. The main tasks include designing and executing recruitment strategies, liaising with internal hiring managers, screening resumes, conducting interviews, managing evaluation information in ATS, sending scout messages, and meeting with talent agencies.
Must have:
Designing and supporting the execution of recruitment strategies
Liaising with internal recruitment managers
Screening resumes and conducting interviews for job seekers
Registering and managing evaluation information using ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Sending scout messages
Meetings with talent agencies
Good to have:
Experience in HR and recruitment operations
Experience in mid-career recruitment operations
Corporate sales experience
Experience as an HR interviewer
Experience in negotiating with job seekers in HR fields such as talent acquisition and career advising
Experience using various recruitment media
Experience in job posting creation
