Job Summary

Job Description

We are looking to resolve resource shortages and take on new challenges! We need colleagues who will grow with us. Main tasks include regular operations (payments, invoicing, accounts receivable/payable management, fund management, monthly closing, internal/external coordination) and overall financial closing operations (accounting, company law document preparation, consolidated reporting, tax calculation, filing, and payment).
Must have:
  • Regular operations including payments, invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, fund management, monthly closing, and internal/external coordination.
  • Overall financial closing operations including accounting, company law document preparation, consolidated reporting, tax calculation, filing, and payment.
  • Accounting practical experience in a general company.
  • Knowledge of NISSYO BOKI Level 2 or higher.

  • Experience in consolidated financial statement operations
  • Management accounting (budget/actual management)

Main Tasks

  • Regular Operations

  • Overall Financial Closing Operations
  • Financial closing accounting, preparation of company law-related documents, consolidated reporting, tax calculation, filing, and payment, etc.

Required (MUST)

  • Accounting practical experience in a general company
  • Knowledge of NISSYO BOKI Level 2 or higher

Desired (WANT)

  • Experience in consolidated financial statement operations
  • Management accounting (budget/actual management)

Employment Details

  • Contract Period: Determined based on previous job, experience, and ability, in accordance with company regulations.
  • Working Hours: 9:30 - 18:30 (Break time 12:30 - 13:30, Actual working hours 8 hours)
  • Overtime Work: Average overtime 10.9 hours/month
  • Employment Type Details: Full-time employee (6-month probationary period, salary and treatment remain unchanged during this period)
  • Salary Increase: Full-time employee: Once a year (June) - Salary revision
  • Bonuses: Full-time employee: Twice a year (July, December) - Assessment starts after the probationary period ends. Not provided to contract employees.

Offer (Offer letter sent)
