Job Description

You will be part of the HR Business Partner team, working directly with operational and administrative leaders, supporting people management, organizational climate, development, and data-driven strategic decision-making. As a member of the HR Business Partner team, you will be responsible for supporting the administrative and operational routines of the Human Resources area, contributing to document organization, employee service, and support for climate actions, internal communication, and people indicators. You will provide direct support to HRBPs and local leaders, assisting in data collection and analysis, report preparation, and execution of internal processes. The position reports to the HRBP responsible for the unit, with weekly monitoring and participation in team meetings.
Must have:
  • Ongoing higher education in Administration, Production Engineering, HR Management or related areas
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Interpersonal skills and empathy
  • Proactivity and willingness to learn
  • Basic knowledge of Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Support HR administrative routines
  • Assist employees, clarifying doubts and directing demands
  • Fill out forms, records, and documents related to HR processes
  • Archive and organize physical and digital documents
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and control spreadsheets
  • Support organizational climate actions, internal communication, and corporate events
  • Participate in team meetings and projects, collaborating with ideas and solutions
Good to have:
