We have an opportunity for a HRIS Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the use, configuration and day to day operations of SuccessFactors at Hasbro.

 

This position will play a key role in taking ownership of and providing support for SuccessFactors and other people technology tools! The HRIS Analyst will partner and support end-users by serving as a liaison between IT and the business groups using HR applications to understand workflows, define requirements and business processes, and lead in solution planning to design, configure, test, and trouble shoot as a domain expert.

 

This role may be located in our Rhode Island office or based remotely on the East Coast.

 

A day in the life of an HRIS Analyst:

  • Act as HRIS functional expert with deep knowledge of current functionality, and design concepts with SuccessFactors Suite, and future product enhancements.
  • Assist with implementation, user acceptance testing, lifecycle maintenance and administration of HRIS projects and activities to ensure they meet business requirements/ specifications.
  • Maintain security administration for end users within SuccessFactors.
  • Provide ongoing production support to the business regarding application functionality and data integrity, including identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of critical production issues, enhancements, and year-end processes.
  • Collaborate with business areas to identify their needs/ requirements and translate them into well-defined requirements that will facilitate effective configurations and insightful reporting that conform to standard methodologies.
  • Support major SuccessFactors releases by researching new functionality, testing, and implementation.
  • Identify process improvements and system enhancements to further streamline and optimize operational effectiveness within HR.
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in SuccessFactors best practices, collaborating with other organizations in the SuccessFactors Community to share knowledge and create and/or adhere to industry standard processes.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • 3-5 years of equivalent experience supporting HRIS Systems - SAP or Workday.  SAP SuccessFactors HCM offering and/or specific modules preferred.
  • Experience in at least 1 SAP SuccessFactors Implementation, Module Rollout, or comparable experience.
  • Deep understanding of system testing with knowledge of designing and implementing test plans, functional, and user acceptance test cycles.
  • Build and maintain interpersonal relationships between HR and IT partners, external partners and any other business collaborator.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Project and Visio.
  • Bachelor’s degree desired in one or more of the following fields: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Computer Science.

 

Compensation Range, Currency USD:

  • Starting Pay Range: $63,000
  • Pay Range End: $118,000
