Job Description

Those in Human Capital (HC) at PwC will focus on all areas of HC and the business in executing HC related transactions and administrative activities. You will be a primary HC point of contact in the resolution, escalation or routing of inquiries as needed in line with HC protocols and guidelines, as well as be part of a team of problem solvers that help solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality.
Must have:
  • Work with the recruiting team to review incoming CV’s, schedule interviews, communicate directly with the candidate and generate candidate offers.
  • Generate recruiting reports and provide insights on the applicant pipeline.
  • Work with the Human Capital team on ad-hoc tasks.
  • Respond effectively to the diverse perspectives, needs, and feelings of others.
  • Use a broad range of tools, methodologies and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems.
  • Use critical thinking to break down complex concepts.
  • Understand the broader objectives of your project or role and how your work fits into the overall strategy.
  • Develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing.
  • Use reflection to develop self-awareness, enhance strengths and address development areas.
  • Interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.
  • Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards (e.g. refer to specific PwC tax and audit guidance), the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements.
  • Robust written, verbal and interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to proactively assist in the management of the team's workload, while reporting to and managing the expectations of Managers and, in turn, engagement specific stakeholders.
Good to have:
  • Previous experience in Human Capital is preferred.
