In this key role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of physical and digital assets, ensuring secure transport, proper storage in our high-bay warehouse, and precise data documentation. You will work in strict compliance with Iron Mountain standards and processes to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of our customers' valuable information. This role involves leading customer order execution, supporting archive management, and ensuring adherence to all company standards.
Must Have
- Responsible for timely and accurate processing of physical and digital assets.
- Ensure secure transport and proper storage in the high-bay warehouse.
- Perform precise data documentation.
- Work in strict compliance with Iron Mountain standards and processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of customer information.
- Lead timely execution of customer orders, including preparing files and data carriers.
- Support the entire archive management process.
- Possess proven ability in logistics, warehousing, or comparable operational area.

- Have sound knowledge of a warehouse management system and computer-aided documentation.
- Hold a completed vocational training in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Possess a mandatory Class B driving license for transport activities.

In this central role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of physical and digital assets, ensuring secure transport, proper storage in our high-bay warehouse, and precise data documentation. You will work in strict compliance with Iron Mountain standards and processes to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of our customers' valuable information.
What You Will Do (Your Tasks)
In this role, you will:
- Lead the timely execution of customer orders, including the preparation of files and data carriers for transport to and from the customer, according to the service description.
- Support the entire archive management process through precise data acquisition per archive object and the secure storage and retrieval of documents, folders, and boxes in the high-bay warehouse.
- Ensure strict adherence to all Iron Mountain standards, internal processes, and the special duty of confidentiality due to the confidential content of the processed transactions.
What You Bring (Skills and Qualifications)
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Proven ability in logistics, warehousing, or a comparable operational area, with the ability to execute tasks on time and accurately.
- Sound knowledge of a warehouse management system and computer-aided documentation (e.g., scanning, creating delivery notes, labeling with barcodes).
- Completed vocational training in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Mandatory possession of a Class B driving license for the necessary transport activities.
