Implementation Success Manager – Expense Audit

AppZen is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Pune office to support US-based customers. This role focuses on delivering and managing projects for AppZen’s market-leading Expense Audit product. You will work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment, collaborating with cross-functional global teams to ensure successful implementations and ongoing customer success. The shift is 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST.

Must Have

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for AppZen’s Expense Audit product
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation
• Plan, track, and manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly to stakeholders
• Drive process improvements and best practices across project delivery
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software implementations
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively with global teams and support US customers during overlapping business hours
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
