1. Responsible for formulating the community operation strategy for this PC+console shooter game in China, including pre-launch preparations, launch-period community operations for Steam, Tencent internal, and various external mainstream game communities, as well as community plans to support release plans.
2. Collaborate with overseas versions to formulate communication strategies for Chinese users, ensuring reputation maintenance and community atmosphere for users in China.
3. Maintain core user groups, establish timely and effective feedback channels, and provide product-side suggestions for global versions.
4. Plan community activities around goals such as pre-orders, new user acquisition, and exposure, linking in-game activities and resources to continuously activate user communities.
5. Combine data analysis, user research, and other methods to extract localization requirements for the Chinese version, forming solutions to drive version iteration.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3+ years of experience in game industry community/user operations, with experience in FPS, competitive, or shooter game operations preferred.
2. Familiar with the operational ecosystem of Steam shooter games on mainstream social platforms and game communities in China, and is a senior participant in communities.
3. Experience working with external community resources and channel partnerships.
4. Passion for shooter games, deep understanding of the domestic shooter user ecosystem.
1. Is an opinion leader, community manager, or content creator for shooter games.
2. Able to work in English or other foreign languages.
