Your work will involve designing and optimising algorithms, models, and systems to enable intelligent decision-making and automation.

Must Have

• 6–10 years of experience in AI/ML model development with at least 1–3 years working specifically in Generative AI or Agentic AI.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT, Llama, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, or similar open-source and enterprise-grade models.
• Proficiency with ML frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, RAG frameworks, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure AI Studio, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, or Databricks GenAI environment.
• Strong understanding of NLP, reinforcement learning, multimodal pipelines, vector databases, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps, deployment pipelines, security controls, and monitoring of AI systems in production.
