At PwC, this role in Partner Affairs within Internal Firm Services focuses on providing strategic and operational support to current and former partners. Responsibilities include managing the people lifecycle, day-to-day operational tasks related to employees, and developing compensation strategies. The role involves interacting with potential partner candidates, creating offer sheets, maintaining databases, and assisting the Compensation & Benefits Team with relevant data. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining fair and competitive compensation practices and supporting partners from admissions to compensation and benefits administration.
Must have:
  • Independently interact with potential partner candidates to understand various aspects of their current compensation, as well as to explain their proposed Offer to them.
  • Creation of Offer Sheets for potential candidates.
  • Discuss proposed offer with the Partner Affairs Leader in PwC.
  • Maintaining database with relevant information of all aspects of Partner candidates.
  • Providing necessary compensation related data to Compensation & Benefits Team and assist them with relevant information on a regular basis.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and taxation concepts is essential w.r.t. partner compensation structure.
  • Hands-on with stock valuations (ESOP, RSU valuation) and build Discounted Cash Flow models.
  • Excellent command over MS Excel.
  • Able to work extensively with MS PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal coordination skills.
  • A self-starter and should be diligent, proactive and timely in completion of tasks.
  • Should have good analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of basic accounts and partner compensation structure is essential.

Job Description & Summary

A career in Partner Affairs, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to provide strategic and operational support to current and former partners of the Firm. You’ll have a big part in supporting our partners from assisting with partner admissions and talent development to partner compensation, administration, and benefits.

Our team is responsible for designing and managing the overall benefits strategy for PwC’s Partners. You’ll focus on designing, managing, and administering the Partners’ benefit programmes which include health and welfare and retirement programmes..

Responsibilities:
