- You have several years of professional experience in food retail (e.g., as department, market, or district manager) and/or successfully completed business administration education.
- You bring entrepreneurial understanding, thinking, and acting, as well as enthusiasm for food retail.
- Strong communication skills and leadership competencies (ideally experience as a manager) characterize you, as does a high ability to prioritize and organize.
