PwC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Solution Manager for its Capital Projects & Infrastructure (CP&I) Managed Services tower in the Middle East. The role requires 10-15 years of experience in developing and selling end-to-end managed services solutions. Responsibilities include crafting tailored CP&I managed services offerings, driving business development, leading client engagements, and positioning PwC as a strategic capital projects delivery partner. The manager will lead solutioning and design for enterprise clients, engage with clients to define needs, and collaborate with internal teams to build winning proposals and value propositions.
Must Have:
  • Lead solutioning and design for enterprise clients for CP&I ME tower.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand business needs, define requirements, and tailor managed services offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal MS teams (delivery, pricing, alliances, and legal) to build winning proposals and value propositions.
  • Coordinate directly with the CP&I MS service tower lead regarding the proposals, job opportunities, wins & resources availability, etc..
  • Coordinate & collaborate with other LOSs leadership in building proposals, agree on available CP&I MS roles within other LOSs opportunities.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for managed services and participate in pipeline building activities.
  • Articulate and present complex managed services models, including SLAs, XLAs, KPIs, TCO, and ROI, to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support sales cycle from qualification to negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with client strategy and internal capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitive positioning, and innovation in the managed services space.
  • Proven ability to craft and sell CP&I tower managed services solutions.
  • Strong knowledge across CP&I managed services offerings (DMO, Time Control, Cost Control, Construction Claims Administration & Capital Procurement Services).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage with C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in building TCO models and driving commercial discussions.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • PMP certified.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or engineering.
  • 10-15 years of experience in Capital Projects & Infrastructure managed services sales within the middle east region.
