Job Description

The Industrial Performance and Continuous Improvement Engineer will be a key member of the Lean and Performance team, collaborating across various departments to enhance existing indicators and dashboards, and deploy new data solutions. Responsibilities include leading IoT implementation and integration, contributing to Industry 4.0 transformation initiatives, designing data preparation workflows, and building robust data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources to diverse consumption environments. The role requires an engineer with at least 3 years of experience in infrastructure, specializing in computer engineering, electronics, industrial IT, automation, or software engineering.

Must Have:
  • Lead or support the deployment and integration of IoT devices and sensor networks.

  • Design and develop data preparation workflows.
  • Optimize visualization performance.

You are an engineer specialized in computer engineering, electronics, industrial IT, automation, software engineering, or an equivalent discipline.

You bring a solid background with at least 3 years of experience in an infrastructure department.

WHAT WE CAN ACCOMPLISH TOGETHER

As a key member of the team reporting to the Lean and Performance Manager, you will collaborate across various departments (including Methods, Industrialization, Production, Components, Mechanical Design, Electrical Design, and Technology) driving enhancements to existing indicators and dashboards, as well as deploying new data solutions originating from industrial departments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • IoT Implementation and Integration: Lead or support the deployment and integration of IoT devices and sensor networks within production and industrial environments, ensuring seamless data flow into analytics platforms
  • Industry 4.0 Transformation: Collaborate closely on digital transformation initiatives to leverage IoT, automation, and data analytics to optimize manufacturing and industrial processes
  • Data Preparation: Design and develop data preparation workflows to extract critical data and optimize visualization performance
  • Data Sourcing: Design and build robust data ingestion pipelines, transferring data from multiple sources to diverse consumption environments such as relational databases, distributed platforms like Elastic Search, object storage, and streaming topics
