Job Description

Valeo Powertrain Systems in Czechowice-Dziedzice is seeking an Industrial Testing Engineer to develop, industrialize, and validate testing equipment for advanced drive systems. The role involves analyzing customer requirements, designing and implementing test programs, and managing equipment certification. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Automation Engineering, experience with measuring devices, and programming knowledge. Must have:
  • Developing, industrializing, and validating testing equipment (internally or with external suppliers)
  • Analyzing customer requirements, legal standards, and internal specifications to design effective testing strategies of products
  • Managing equipment certification with external organizations
  • Designing and implementing test programs, processes, and systems for accurate product measurement
  • Respecting project deadlines and achieving quality milestones
  • Investigating test cases and failures, proposing scenarios, and recommending corrective actions
  • Participating in cross-functional project activities
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with CAN/LIN protocols
  • Familiarity with CANalyzer
  • Familiarity with LabWindows/CVI
  • Familiarity with LabVIEW
  • Experience in the automotive industry

At Valeo Powertrain Systems in Czechowice-Dziedzice we produce advanced drive systems for the automotive industry. In our activities, we focus on modern and ecological technologies, thanks to which we are a pioneer of these solutions in Poland, while contributing to ensuring a clean and low-emission future in the automotive industry. We design and produce electric drive motors for passenger cars. We also deal with other drive systems that help reduce fuel consumption and lower exhaust emissions - including the creation of innovative electric turbochargers.

We are one of the few factories in Poland that produce electric motors and focus on a large product variety. We also have a modern R&D center where we improve our products.

Currently for our entity Valeo Powertrain Systems Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice we are looking for Industrial Testing Engineer

Your challenges:

  • Developing, industrializing, and validating testing equipment (internally or with external suppliers)
  • Analyzing customer requirements, legal standards, and internal specifications to design effective testing strategies of products
  • Managing equipment certification with external organizations
  • Designing and implementing test programs, processes, and systems for accurate product measurement
  • Respecting project deadlines and achieving quality milestones
  • Investigating test cases and failures, proposing scenarios, and recommending corrective actions
  • Participating in cross-functional project activities

Join our team if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Automation Engineering, or similar.
  • Proven experience in testing processes or process development, ideally in the automotive sector
  • Experience with measuring device (multimeters, oscilloscopes) and interpreting electrical diagrams and technical drawings
  • Programming knowledge in at least one language (C, C++, C#, Python, or JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with CAN/LIN protocols, CANalyzer, LabWindows/CVI, or LabVIEW would be an advantage
  • Fluent English
  • Strong teamwork spirit, precision, multitasking ability, and result orientation
  • Experience in the automotive industry will be an asset
