Job Description

As a Site HR Support / HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training plans in collaboration with management, employees, and the learning team. You will coordinate training, ensure administrative management, and track budgets. Key tasks include managing the employee engagement budget, planning annual HR campaigns, participating in audits, and preparing monthly reports in close coordination with the Finance department. You will also be responsible for supporting an independent group of employees.

Must Have:

Create and implement training plans in collaboration with managers, employees, and the learning team
Coordinate training and ensure administrative management and budget tracking
Responsible for the implementation and compliance of the employee engagement budget, as well as independent planning and implementation of related guidelines
Plan and implement annual HR campaigns (e.g., Year-End Review, performance appraisal, surveys)
Prepare for and participate in audits (e.g., IATF, ISO, V5000)
Responsible for defined monthly reports, in close coordination with the Finance department
Support an independent group of employees
Successfully completed studies in the commercial field
Several years of professional experience in the commercial sector
Solution- and process-oriented way of working
Very good handling of Office applications, especially Excel
Very good German and English language skills
