● Perform research and remain up-to-date regarding current benchmarks and

● Manage daily workflow and serve as the senior strategic point of contact for clients

● Ensures comprehensive reporting that clearly demonstrates program performance relative to

campaign objectives

● Identify areas of opportunity/organic growth within existing account base through real-time

assessment of program performance, consumer insights and feedback, and regular dialogue

with client contacts
