Regional Marketing Manager
This position is hybrid model in our Sao Paulo or Brasilia unit.
Position Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented Regional Marketing Manager to lead integrated demand generation, channel and field marketing programs across the Latin America (LATAM) region. Based in Brazil, this role focuses on identifying, developing and executing high-impact partner and field marketing campaigns and events that drive leads, accelerate pipeline, and position Thales Cybersecurity Products as market leaders.
You will work closely with sales, global marketing, and partner teams to localize global campaigns and as well as create region-specific initiatives that resonate with our ICP, IT decision-makers, and security professionals across Latin America.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, webinars, events, and partner co-marketing channels to drive awareness and lead generation
- Localize global cybersecurity messaging and content for key LATAM markets (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, etc.).
- Build targeted ABM programs to engage priority accounts with customized offers, content, and experiences.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize programs based on pipeline contribution and conversion rates.
- Lead partner demand generation programs in collaboration with resellers, MSSPs, and distributors.
- Manage CO-OP funds, ensuring effective use of co-branded assets, joint and partner events, and digital campaigns.
- Enable partners with regional marketing toolkits, event support, and campaign templates aligned to product launches and sales goals.
- Drive adoption of cybersecurity training content and thought leadership through channel marketing initiatives.
- Design and execute field programs (executive dinners, roundtables, industry events) to engage prospects and accelerate in-region pipeline.
- Align with sales leadership to create territory-level marketing plans that support quarterly pipeline and revenue targets.
- Support and align with regional business development reps (BDRs) with localized outreach assets and lead nurture workflows.
- Coordinate post-event lead follow-up, track influenced opportunities, and report on pipeline impact.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2–3 years in cybersecurity or technical related industry
- Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns and driving measurable pipeline growth.
- Deep understanding of the LATAM cybersecurity landscape and partner ecosystem.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; proficient in Spanish (verbal and written).
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficient with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with the needs of cybersecurity buyers (CISO, Directors, IT Risk/Compliance, DevSecOps).
- Experience working with VARs, MSSPs, and distributors in LATAM.
- Understanding of regional data privacy, compliance, and security frameworks (e.g., LGPD, GDPR).
