The User Centric Solutions (UCS) Engineering Directorate, which handles Thales Group's digital services activities, is looking for its next functional testers and automation engineers!
The UCS Directorate, with over 1000 engineers, addresses both the needs of the Thales group and the needs of companies seeking IT service provisions in the energy, health, industry, public sector, finance, services, and defense sectors.

By joining UCS, you integrate a directorate capable of providing software solutions with high strategic stakes, secured (due to our clients' critical environments), innovative (to support/accelerate our clients' digital transformation), immersive (AR/VR), user-experience-centric, while mastering practices and technologies such as cloud, agile at scale, eco-design, UX Design, Devops, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
As an "Integration Validation Verification and Qualification (IVVQ)" Engineer, you design and develop test solutions thanks to your knowledge of associated tools and methodologies. You participate in defining the test strategy and all its variations to provide high-quality products and services. You also monitor, transmit, and seek to improve best practices.
Your main missions are as follows:
You hold a Master 2 degree or an engineering school diploma and have significant experience of approximately 5 years in test management. You master the definition of a test strategy, the writing of associated plans, and know how to monitor campaigns. You are ISTQB certified and master ALM. Evolving in an international context (English) motivates you.
In addition, you master Agile principles and generally project management principles. You are familiar with testing tools such as Robot Framework, Selenium. You have real experience in professions related to the air transport domain. You know how to integrate your tests into a continuous integration chain.
You are resourceful, innovative, and solution-oriented. You have team spirit. You also like to work independently and seek responsibilities. You are able to adapt and react to change.
To be a little more precise, we are looking for functional testers / automation engineers for a Thales client working in the air transport domain.
