Rotork, a market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company, is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer for a 1-year maternity cover contract. This role involves understanding RFQs, preparing quotations for valve actuators and spares, handling urgent requests, addressing technical queries from customers, and coordinating with internal teams. The successful candidate will focus on detail, ensure quality quotations, and work towards customer satisfaction.

Must Have

• Understand RFQs, project specifications and prepare quotations for valve actuators and spares.
• Handle quick or urgent quote requests efficiently based on priorities.
• Address technical queries from internal and external customers.
• Coordinate with contracts/service people as required.
• Respond to emails and phones promptly.
• Focus on details and assure quality quotations.
• Work towards customer satisfaction.
• BE/B. Tech in EEE/E&I/Mechanical/Chemical/Instrumentation.
• 2-4 years’ experience in quotation preparation/sales support/inside sales/customer support.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Fluent communication in English.

Good to Have

• Experience handling valve/actuator/instruments/controls systems/GEM portal tenders/other electrical or electronic products.

Qualifications

• BE/B. Tech candidates (EEE/E&I/Mechanical/Chemical/Instrumentation).
• 2 - 4 years’ experience in quotation preparation/sales support/inside sales/any other customer support
• Must be familiar with Microsoft excel and Outlook.
• Must be able to communicate in English fluently.
• Preferable if the candidate has handled valve/actuator/instruments/controls systems/GEM portal tenders/any other electrical or electronic products
