Job Summary

As an Inspector, you will ensure components meet rigorous standards for performance. This involves hands-on measurement and checking parts against specifications, performing metrology and analysis, and working to technical drawings to guarantee compliance. You will inspect a diverse range of components across all areas of the car, collaborating with the Quality Control Manager and Team Leader to resolve quality issues and maintain efficient processing and release of workload, contributing to championship success.

Must Have

  • Inspect and measure components to ensure conformance with technical drawings and specifications
  • Perform metrology and analysis tasks using advanced inspection equipment
  • Collaborate with the Quality Control Manager and Team Leader to resolve quality issues
  • Maintain accurate records and report non-conformances promptly
  • Support efficient workflow to meet race and development schedules
  • Recognised Apprenticeship or relevant inspection experience
  • Strong numerical ability and confidence interpreting engineering specifications
  • Proficiency in programming CMMs with PC-DMIS
  • Experience using inspection arms with PolyWorks
  • Solid understanding of GD&T
  • PC literate with good knowledge of MS Office

Job Description

We are looking to add to our excellent Quality Control team with individuals who are motivated to significantly contribute to our relentless pursuit of excellence.

We are looking to recruit an Inspector to join our team on the Weekend shift working Saturday - Monday. This role will be based in Enstone.

The Role

As an Inspector, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our components meet the rigorous standards required to deliver performance on track. You’ll be hands-on with measuring and checking parts against specification, carrying out metrology and analysis tasks, and working to technical drawings to guarantee compliance.

This role offers exposure to all areas of the car, with responsibility for inspecting a diverse range of components. Working closely with the Quality Control Manager and Team Leader, you’ll help maintain the efficient processing and release of workload, a pivotal contribution to our championship success.
