Asia eCommerce Operations Intern

As part of the Asia Publishing team this role will contribute to our unwavering dedication to understanding the diverse needs and motivations of our players. This understanding enables us to curate content and experiences that genuinely resonate with our community, fostering a strong sense of connection and value.

Through robust collaboration and deep partnerships with our EA global stakeholders coupled with operators and local brands, we meticulously craft and deliver culturally nuanced, meaningful content and experiences. This approach ensures easy access to our content across diverse platforms and global geographies, tailored to specific cultural contexts.

Responsibilities:

  • You will coordinate with external partners, Game Studios, Mobile Central Tech, TechOps, and multiple global/regional teams to ensure our eCommerce solutions are functional
  • You will maintain the Webstore sales item list and pricing
  • You will collaborate with Game Studios to understand in-game event roadmap, then plan Webstore events/ campaigns
  • You will coordinate and support EA Fan Care, external partner CS team, to ensure customers are supported throughout the payment journey
  • You will convert monthly Live-Ops plans into detailed tasks and follow deadlines
  • Understand the Webstore telemetry, support the Webstore performance monitoring and reporting system
  • Understand and suggest best-practice on webstore products or commercial loyalty programmes, or more feature buildings
  • Understand gaming economies and player spending behaviour to improve sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum educational level of Business - ECommerce Degree/Diploma.
  • Deep passion with digital gaming, digital payment, and digital platforms will be advantageous.
  • Project and product management skills
  • Interpret data, identify optimizations, and leverage existing resources to create solutions
  • Process-oriented
