Job Description

As an Intern - Contract Management on our team, you’ll step into the world where business meets law, gaining exposure to the inner workings of commercial agreements and strategic partnerships. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop a sharp eye for detail, strengthen your analytical mindset, and collaborate across departments in a fast-paced, global environment.
Must have:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, clients, and partners
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies
  • Maintain and update contract databases and documentation
  • Monitor contract performance and obligations
  • Resolve contractual disputes and issues
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and project teams
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Prepare reports and metrics for management
  • Student of Law
  • Knowledge of civil and commercial law
  • Ability to analyze and draft contractual documents
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Availability - minimum 20 h per week
Good to have:
  • First experience in contract handling or in a legal/purchasing department

In your daily job you will:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, clients, and partners
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

  • Student of Law
  • Knowledge of civil and commercial law
  • Ability to analyze and draft contractual documents
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • First experience in contract handling or in a legal/purchasing department (preferred)
  • Availability - minimum 20 h per week
