This role involves tracking the entry and exit of materials from local plants, receiving materials from requisitioners for transport, and preparing necessary documentation for material dispatch. The technician will also assist in coordinating inter-plant routes, monitoring drivers, and ensuring proper physical receipt and documentation matching. Key responsibilities include managing shipping manifests, maintaining service allocation records, controlling area archives, and supporting export processes and personnel transport services. The role also requires forklift parameter checks, daily allocation registration, and adherence to safety and quality procedures.
Must Have:- Track material entry and exit from local plants.
- Receive materials from requisitioners for plant transport.
- Generate transfer notices and prepare necessary documentation for material dispatch.
- Assist in coordinating inter-plant routes (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) for material delivery and/or collection.
- Monitor inter-plant route drivers via call and/or Whatsapp.
- Receive transport units coming from local plants.
- Verify physically received material against documentation from plants.
- Create inter-plant shipping and receiving manifest (folder).
- Keep up-to-date records of inter-plant service allocations.
- Control area archives, well identified and maintaining records.
- Support in the administration and control of the department's dead archive (registration, storage, and purging of archive).
- Maintain control and archive of shipping notice and 19-point forms.
- Support personnel transport service for ACS and RBE Cd. Juarez plants.
- Support in the export process when required (Export manifest generation, material packing and packaging, air waybill generation, export unit departure).
- Review forklift parameters (water and levels) and report any equipment malfunction.
- Keep the forklift usage log up-to-date.
- Appropriately follow procedures and formats that apply to your job description according to EOS.
- Correctly execute the 19-point inspection of vehicles entering ramps.
- Daily register export service allocations.
- Attend to requisitioners and suppliers at the window.
- Achieve zero non-conformities in Internal/External audits. In case of a non-conformity, follow-up and corrective actions must be generated within a period not exceeding 15 days.
- Work as a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Care for and maintain work tools in optimal conditions; be responsible for the proper care and handling of provided work tools.
- Provide 2 safety and health improvement proposals per year.
- Comply with CTPAT/OEA program protocols.
- Provide installation or implementation service to cover needs in the building.
- Perform any other work activity related to your position and/or required by your immediate supervisor.
