Key responsibilities:

Pulling data reports from different systems.
Create, update and share performance reports.
Provide supervised assistance on updating internal systems.
Propose and implement improvement ideas to be more efficient and effective on the day-to-day activities performed by the team.

We are looking for:

We are looking for an active student of International Commerce, Port Administration, Nautical Engineering, Logistics, or related bachelor’s degree to perform its Professional Practice on the Operations Department of a leading Shipping Line.
Advanced English proficiency.
Good management of Excel is required too; advanced level
Programming / pivot tables is a plus.
Power BI knowledge is also a plus.
The candidate must have good analytical skills, self-learning abilities and skills for decision making and work under pressure.
