Your new team

You will be part of Business Strategy & Transactions Consulting – a young, dynamic, and international department with a strong team spirit and professional drive. You will work on projects that bridge commercial understanding and technical insight, gaining experience in all parts of a project – from the bidding phase to execution.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Market analyses related to regulations, competitive conditions, and trends
  • Development of business models and strategic roadmaps
  • Commercial due diligence and support for transactions
  • Assessment of new technologies/products and implementation strategies
  • Preparation of business cases for investment decisions

Your tasks will vary depending on the project scope and your development goals. Typical tasks include research, data and market analysis, preparation of presentations, report writing, and participation in workshops with clients.

As an intern at Ramboll Management Consulting, you will be part of a dynamic team working with everything from strategy, sustainability, and M&A to public policy, organizational development, and business development. You will contribute to projects involving data collection, stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, and implementation plans, gaining practical experience with the methods and tools characteristic of modern consulting work.

Your new role:

As our new intern, you will help companies make smarter investment decisions and shape future-proof strategies. At the same time, you will develop your consulting skills in an open, collaborative, and empowering culture, while becoming part of our journey to create a globally leading consulting firm in strategy and transactions. Use your interest in business strategy, M&A, and commercial advisory as you contribute to delivering impactful solutions as an intern in management consulting. In this role, you will gain insight into a global consulting firm and acquire solid knowledge of what it takes to be a consultant.

We are looking for a profile that:

  • Is currently pursuing or about to start higher education – typically within business economics, economics, political science, sociology, anthropology, law, sustainability, engineering, public administration, or other social science disciplines
  • Is among the best in your studies
  • Has relevant experience from student jobs, internships, volunteer work, or other activities
  • Has a structured approach and strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Can think strategically, work with high abstraction, and empathize with the customer
  • Thrives with independent work but actively contributes to the team
  • Is proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for communicating insights and structuring deliverables
  • Has professional level English proficiency (Danish is an advantage, but not a requirement)
