  • Socio-economic analyses and impact assessments
  • Statistical and econometric modeling

As an intern at Ramboll Management Consulting, you will be part of a dynamic team that works with everything from strategy, sustainability, and M&A to public policy, organizational development, and business development. You will contribute to projects involving data collection, stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, and implementation plans, and gain practical experience with the methods and tools that characterize modern consulting work.

We are looking for students from many different fields, for example, economics, political science, sociology, anthropology, law, public administration, environmental studies, and business economics. Regardless of whether your interest lies in social sustainability, green transition, circular economy, labor market conditions, health systems, or climate adaptation, there is room for your perspective with us.

We work across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, construction, industry, waste, and water. We advise municipalities, ministries, NGOs, and private companies, delivering integrated solutions that combine deep sustainability knowledge with strategic insight. From policy evaluations to financial advisory and ESG strategies, we offer our clients a single point of entry to navigate complexity and create real impact.

  • Reporting and dissemination of analysis results in various formats (e.g., reports, inspiration catalogs, and presentations)

About You

From the moment you start at Ramboll Management Consulting, we are dedicated to supporting your personal and professional development – so you can grow and thrive with us. Although we look forward to contributing to your learning, we have identified a number of qualifications and competencies that will help you succeed in the role.

We are looking for a profile that:

  • Is currently pursuing or about to start higher education – typically within business economics, economics, political science, sociology, anthropology, law, sustainability, engineering, public administration, or other social science disciplines
  • Is among the top students in your field
  • Has relevant experience from student jobs, internships, volunteer work, or other activities
  • Has a structured approach and strong analytical and conceptual abilities
  • Can think strategically, work with high abstraction, and put oneself in the customer's shoes
  • Thrives with independent work, but actively contributes to the team
