Job Description

This internship position in the Finance SSC - AP Department involves supporting daily operations, including booking and processing both PO and non-PO invoices. The intern will be responsible for identifying and resolving invoice discrepancies, corresponding with suppliers, assisting in monthly report preparation, and gathering documentation for audit processes. The role also requires collaboration with clients and suppliers regarding payments and building strong internal and external relationships.
Must have:
  • Support for the current work of the AP (Accounts Payable) Department
  • Booking and processing PO (with order) and non-PO (without order) invoices
  • Identification and resolution of discrepancies and problems related to invoices
  • Conducting correspondence with suppliers
  • Participation in the preparation of monthly reports
  • Gathering documentation supporting audit processes
  • Cooperation with clients and suppliers regarding payments
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with internal and external partners
Good to have:
  • Being a 1st-year student or a recent graduate of 1st or 2nd degree studies
  • Preferred fields: financial, economic, legal, administrative or related
  • Available min. 4 - 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
  • Communicative level of English (additional asset)
  • Characterized by accuracy, responsibility and willingness to develop in the area of finance
