Maintenance Technician

Main Responsibilities

• Apply safety standards with an immediate reaction in case of a detected danger situation.
• Ensure that all machine safety devices are operational before restarting after maintenance intervention.
• Propose preventive maintenance improvements in order to reduce reliability problems.
• Solve maintenance problems in case of a machine breakdown or any other installation.
• Report deviations found after machine observation in corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain technical documentation in perfect order, cleanliness, and update.
• Check parts before assembly to ensure technical compliance.
• Report deviations found in the spare parts warehouse.
• Participate in the area line.
• Participate with subcontractors during specific maintenance.
• Participate in maintenance meetings and the Inter-Area Process Meeting.
• Intervene in 5S maintenance and respect 5S in preventive maintenance.

The worker must carry out the functions of their job in a sustainable manner, protecting the environment and taking into account the company's environmental objectives.

Communicate any permanent or temporary condition that diminishes their ability to carry out assigned tasks or to make decisions with the required level of safety.

Technical training is required (Electromechanical Maintenance FP, Industrial Mechatronics and/or similar).

Temporary contract.
