Intern in the photometry department

The Lighting Systems Production Plant in Chrzanów manufactures rear and front lamps for passenger cars using advanced metallization, assembly, and plastic injection technologies. Additionally, the plant has a fully equipped measurement laboratory with a unique photometric testing tunnel. Due to the development of new projects, a modern Development Center has been opened in Chrzanów, which will focus on designing and producing innovative lighting systems dedicated to passenger cars.

Currently, we are looking for an Intern for our photometry team.

Your tasks will include:

• Conducting photometric tests of various lamp references in accordance with applicable standards and requirements (ECE, SAE, etc.)
• Setting up and verifying the correct operation of lamps in the light tunnel
• Supporting production in the analysis of quality and process problems
• Collecting measurement data, creating analyses, and preparing reports (tables, charts, summaries)
• Cooperation with engineering teams and the quality department to reduce the level of defects and production rejects
• Participation in activities aimed at improving the efficiency of lamp testing and validation processes
• Assistance in solving technical problems related to lighting systems

Join our team if:

• You are a student or graduate (within one year after graduation) of fields such as: electronics, electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics, production engineering or related
• You have basic knowledge of electronics (voltage, current measurement, understanding of circuits)
• You have the ability to think analytically and work with data (Excel, charts, problem analysis)
• You are willing to learn and develop in the area of product testing and production processes
• Knowledge of lighting standards or interest in photometry is welcome
• You can work in a team and communication in English is not a problem for you
• You are available 5 days a week
