The Valeo Mobility Tech Center based in Créteil (94) is the headquarters of the Valeo Brain Division. This Research & Development center brings together 1180 employees around the design of advanced driving assistance systems (ADAS), connectivity solutions, human-machine interfaces, and cabin monitoring systems.

We are recruiting an Apprentice - General Services (M/F)

Your missions:

• Energy Management
• Participate in the use of building technical management and ensure its proper functioning.
• Record and analyze energy consumption.
• Propose areas for improvement on energy consumption and GTB operation.
• Work in collaboration with the site's HSE team.

• Employee Services
• Handle current employee requests (repairs, equipment, etc.).
• Participate in the management of relocations on the site (organization, plan updates, participation in user information meetings).
• Prepare communications for employees in the daily life of the site.

• Environmental Waste Management
• Follow selective sorting procedures and contribute to the improvement of environmental practices within the company.

• Administrative Support
• Assist in the management of maintenance contracts and service providers.
• Ensure the updating of internal databases (supplier contacts, inventory, etc.).

• Ad-hoc Projects
• Participate in cross-functional projects related to the improvement of general services (space optimization, layout, Flex, etc.).
• Creation of an outdoor parking lot.
• Installation of a generator.

About you:

• Technical skills: Proficiency in office automation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, autonomy, and rigor.
• Service orientation: Good relationship with employees and service providers.
• Adaptability: Ability to work on varied and sometimes urgent missions.
