We are recruiting a passionate and experienced Digital Workplace Manager to drive the evolution of our digital work environments.

Reporting directly to the Technology Director, you will be the driving force behind innovation and the adoption of Digital Workplace solutions within the Group.

Your missions:

• Strategy & Vision:
• Define and evolve the strategic vision of the Digital Workplace in coherence with business objectives and Valeo's global strategy.
• Ensure active and proactive technological watch to identify innovative and emerging solutions (AI, new generation collaborative tools, etc.) with high added value for the Group.
• Develop the Digital Workplace product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives and developments.

• Product & Project Management:
• Take end-to-end responsibility for the Digital Workplace product portfolio, including needs gathering, design, development, deployment, and adoption phases.
• Gather and thoroughly analyze Business needs and support them in proposing the most relevant and innovative technical responses.
• Design and pilot the deployment of robust and scalable solutions in the Google Cloud environment (Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform).
• Define and deploy development standards and best practices for the entire Valeo Group in the Google Workspace environment.

• Coordination & Leadership:
• Coordinate and animate internal teams (based in France, India & Ireland) as well as external suppliers for all application developments related to Google Workspace & Cloud Platform.
• Accompany and develop the skills of operational teams, particularly those based in Chennai, on the administration and evolution of the Digital Workplace platform.
• Ensure fluid and transparent communication with all stakeholders (management, business, IT, users).

• Performance & Adoption:
• Implement and monitor relevant KPIs to measure the impact and performance of Digital Workplace solutions.
• Develop effective adoption strategies to maximize user engagement and the added value of deployed tools.

About you:

• Education:
• Graduate of an Engineering School or holder of a Bac+5 (e.g., MIAGE, Master in IT Project Management or equivalent).

• Experience:
• You have significant experience (minimum 5-7 years) as a Senior Product Owner or Digital Project Manager, with a strong product management component.
• Proven experience in leading international digital transformation projects is imperative.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Google Workspace solutions (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Chat, Sites, etc.) and Google Cloud Platform are essential. Proficiency in AppSheet is a major asset.
• Solid knowledge of web development languages (HTML, JavaScript, Java, Python, etc.) and databases are expected.

• Skills:
• You are fluent in English (essential for daily exchanges with international teams).
• You possess excellent writing and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Endowed with an analytical and synthetic mind, you know how to actively listen to needs, arbitrate, and make informed decisions.
• You are autonomous, proactive, and demonstrate strong leadership to animate and unite teams around a common vision.
• Curious and dynamic, you are passionate about new technologies and have a real desire to learn and contribute.
