Main responsibilities of the position:

• Act as a strategic partner for business areas, supporting managers on topics related to people and organizational culture.
• Identify organizational development needs and propose solutions in talent management, succession, training, and development.
• Conduct performance management processes, supporting leaders in defining goals, feedback, and development plans.
• Support the implementation of engagement programs, organizational climate, and corporate culture.
• Ensure HR practices comply with internal policies and current labor laws.
• Analyze HR indicators (turnover, absenteeism, engagement, performance, etc.) and propose improvement actions.

To fill this position, you need to have:

• Complete higher education.
• Previous experience as HR Business Partner supporting the industrial area.
• Advanced knowledge in Office/Google Suite.
• Advanced or fluent English.
• Availability to work in a hybrid way (3 x in person).
