This Operations Intern role involves working closely with the Global Sales Support & Operations Manager to support the Razer Gold Distribution Hub. The intern will assist with daily operational tasks, maintain documentation, analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to process improvement, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic tech company.
Must have:
- Assist in daily operational tasks and ensure smooth functioning of the platform.
- Support the Manager in executing operational activities.
- Help in maintaining operational documentation and reports.
- Participate in the analysis of operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and process adherence.
- Help in troubleshooting operational issues and providing timely resolutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Global Sales Support & Operations Manager to support various functions within the Razer Gold Distribution Hub. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operational tasks and ensure smooth functioning of the platform.

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to document findings clearly.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for the gaming industry and understanding of Razer Gold products is an advantage.
