Responsibilities also include monitoring employee feedback, acting as a liaison with relevant departments, identifying communication risks, and managing internal events such as year-end parties and town halls. The role requires effective coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors, as well as measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of communication campaigns. Additionally, the position involves managing office workspace, facilities, and processing payments for office operations within budget. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in communication, event management, marketing, or HR, with proven ability in campaign planning and execution, content creation, and proficiency in design tools and office software.
