Join Marsh Düsseldorf as an Internal Sales Representative in the Placement & Policy Servicing Technical Insurance Team. This role offers a dynamic, modern, and inspiring work environment with an open culture. We are looking for individuals with initial insurance experience or recent graduates in insurance for a secure permanent position. You will handle national and international correspondence, create invoicing orders, manage contract system maintenance, and ensure proper execution of European Business Support Center tasks, contributing to the future of the economy within an international group.
Must have:
- Process national and international correspondence with clients and insurers
- Create invoicing orders for the European Business Support Center (EBSC)
- Commission contract system maintenance for the EBSC
- Review proper execution of EBSC tasks
- Create complex invoices and contract setups in the administration program
- Review and correct booking differences with insurers and/or other departments
- Prepare final settlements
- Obtain insurer signatures for contract documents
- Process Marsh's own framework agreements (e.g., electronics, photovoltaics, machinery, construction performance insurance)
- Provide solution-oriented telephone and/or written information on managed framework agreements
- Prepare offers and policy contracts
- Determine risk parameters and correspond with internal and external partners
- Document contract changes, cancellations, and contract restructuring
- Completed training in insurance or comparable education/degree
- Fluent German and very good English skills (written and spoken)
